I’m a home-based baker located in Toronto, Canada. I specialize in custom buttercream cakes and cupcakes.
I’ve been interested in baking for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I would spend hours playing with my Easy Bake Oven and boxed cake mixes. I took a break as I got older, but my joy for baking was reignited during “quarantine”. Due to the global pandemic, my full-time job was moved to working from home. This was a huge blessing for me because I gained the extra time and flexibility to explore my passion. My spare time was spent making different desserts to give to my family and friends. All the kind words and encouragement I received about my baking propelled me to start this business.
Suite Bakes officially launched in February 2021, out of my little condo “suite”. My designs are inspired by nature and things I come across in my day-to-day life. I love creating a variety of styles, such as florals, succulents, food-themed, animals, minimalist, portraits, and paintings.
The most fulfilling part of my journey has been getting to know my amazing clients, sharing my knowledge with aspiring bakers, and connecting with passionate entrepreneurs.
